This is reg file contain the settings I use for my putty. If you want to use it, make sure you edit it and update the path %USERPROFILE%\\Desktop to where you want to store your files '"LogFileName"="%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\PuttyLog_&H_&M-&D-&Y_&T.log"' and leave this as is PuttyLog_&H_&M-&D-&Y_&T.log, this is the file naming convention.
C:\Users\<user>\Desktop\PuttyLogs\PuttyLog_&H_&M-&D-&Y_&T.log
&H = hostname for the session
&Y = year
&M = month
&D = day
&T = time
